Featuring Lloyd Swanton (The Necks), Ed Kuepper (The Saints, Laughing Clowns), Alister Spence and Toby Hall, Asteroid Ekosystem fuses rock, jazz, avant-impro and psychedelia like no other.

A supergroup for the 21st century, Asteroid Ekosystem brings together four of the country’s most adventurous musical minds: acclaimed pianist Alister Spence , bassist Lloyd Swanton of The Necks, world-class percussionist Toby Hall and legendary guitarist Ed Kuepper , founding member of The Saints and Laughing Clowns.

This October, Asteroid Ekosystem brings its celebrated new album Sounds Have Dreams to The JazzLab for its Melbourne launch. Described by Rhythms as “a sonic tour de force” and by Cyclic Defrost as “some of the most forward-thinking music this country is currently creating”, don’t miss this rare opportunity to experience Asteroid Ekosystem’s exhilarating new work live.
