You’re cordially invited to an off-the-cuff 1920s romp inspired by Wilde, Wodehouse & Downton Abbey.

The team behind Murder Village: An Improvised Whodunnit brings the charm of countryside England to Melbourne Fringe for five off-the-cuff sojourns inspired by Downton Abbey, Noël Coward, Oscar Wilde and P. G. Wodehouse.

While you’re visiting the estate, you might just get the chance to peek into the monied lives of high society’s movers and shakers. But during their escape to the country, this cast of characters will find their fortunes very much hinge on your scandalous suggestions…

This October, step inside Country House: An Improvised Comedy of Manners. Expect social faux pas, barbed witticisms and discreet liaisons… all served in time for tea.
