New York, 1982 – the future is here and it’s going to shit.

When 19 year old stoner Warren is kicked out of home and steals money from his ‘not a criminal, just in business with criminals’ father, he sets off a wild 24 hours of schemes, dreams, awkward romance and crashing headfirst into the real world.

Funny, painful and compassionate, Kenneth Lonergan’s This Is Our Youth is a contemporary classic about coming of age in uncertain times, brought to life in Melbourne’s iconic fortyfivedownstairs venue!

Directed by Maeve Hook ( Never Closer ), starring Amir Antoine ( Cleopatra and Antony ), Lachlan Herring ( Punk Rock ) and Emily O’Brien ( Mojo ).
