Accessible Arts and Sydney Opera House presents a curated selection of groundbreaking films and video artworks by artists with disability or who are d/Deaf in celebration of International Day of People with Disability. The second of this biannual short film series, Frame Shift 2026 features ten original works which explore themes of intersectional identity, creative expression and community. These thought-provoking works redefine genres and push the boundaries of experimental film techniques in creative access. Frame Shift amplifies the collaboration of filmmakers and artists with and without disability to disrupt narrative and forge new creative futures. This unmissable screening includes three new commissioned works by Bria McCarthy, Jeremy Lowrenčev and Kieran Hugues Butler. All artworks will be captioned, Auslan interpreted and audio described.
